A not to be missed event. If you are too young find an over 40 helm, offer to crew and tell him what a superb event it promises to be. Everyone at our club came back raving about the friendliness of the club, the hospitality (nothing was too much trouble) and the great sailing when the Masters was held at Stanton Harold in 2008.

The final event of the National Series, the Scottish Nationals, was held at St Mary’s Loch over the Bank Holiday weekend.It was horrendously windy on the Saturday with crews experiencing their worst conditions ever. In order to avoid a second inversion crews had to hold the bows into the wind.
Great event, superbly organised, wonderful hospitality, fantastic winds, what more could one ask for?
Stong winds, very competitve and close racing, great company and a good opportunity to meet old friends and make new ones.
